Narrative

Employee stated that EE was changing a motor on the east lime screen and received lime burns on both forearms. Employee went for a follow up treatment on 07/07/2016 and a ""new"" doctor in the occupational medicine department re-classified the burns as 2nd degree. (Note-medical notes indicate re-classification of burns).
