## Narrative

While walking down the stairs at the refuge bin slipped on a step and caught self with both hands on the handrails.  As ee did so ee felt a pop in left bicep that caused a burning pain.  Diagnosed as a left bicep tendon tear and restricted to no use of left arm pending additional treatment.
