## Narrative

Employee was installing a roof bolt into the mine roof, he felt pain in his shoulder as he was pushing the bolt into the mine roof.  He continued to work without restrictions, he was taken off work from the operator pending an MRI (revealed non-conclusive).  At the request of MSHA, modified to 17 days before returned to work.
