Narrative

EE was on way into the shower area of portal 2 bathhouse when EE slipped and fell. In an attempt to stop fall, EE used EE's hands to catch self. Their right hand started to swell and had pain immediately. EE continued to work. Was seen at multi care on 4-9 and had surgery on EE's fingers and hand for torn ligaments 7-15-16. Started missing on 07-15-16
