## Narrative

Employee was removing dollies from monorail on a previously worked out panel, while removing dolly from end of monorail, finger was caught between dolly and monorail. Lack of employee concentration was cause of this incident. PPE was not a factor, mining equipment and mining systems was not a factor, compliance rules/regs was not a factor, miner proficiency was a factor.
