## Narrative

The EP was changing out broken bolts on a master link on a Dozer track. EE had the bolts out and was getting ready to torque them when EE reached for a 3/4 inch ratchet. When EE lifted it up off the ground EE felt a sharp pain in right shoulder. EE was transported to a Med Clinic where EE was given a prescription for anti-inflammatory.
