## Narrative

Employee was walking down 14 belt to examine a solcenic leak and slipped on some mud and hit right forearm against the belt structure when ee fell, receiving a contusion. Became reportable when started missing work on 7/12/16. No problems with mining methods, PPE, training or compliance issues.
