Employee was pulling a wrench when strained shoulder.  EE completed shift.  EE did not report, but put on time slip that ee strained shoulder.  Went back to work on Monday 7-18-6.  Was changing screens when ee again felt strain.  Reported injury on 7-20-16 when ee went to chiropractor.
