## Narrative

Two miners entered the Miracle Run elevator from the Miracle Run bottom.  The elevator began traveling up, then it switched to inspection mode.  At 3:27am, just short of the surface, the elevator stopped.  The miners were entrapped approximately 108 minutes.  No problems with training, PPE, mining machines or compliance.
