Filing under protest to comply with a citation from MSHA. An employee was tramming a motor through the South Mains Dip. An unattended motor that was up the hill drifted down and caused the collision. The following were not a factor: Skills, Proficiency, Training and protective devices. Rules, Regs and Mining Equipment were a factor.
