Narrative

Employee was helping in the installation of Rok-Props in the 14th Right Section. A Rok-Prop was stood up and was being pressurized when a rock slipped from behind the rib mesh and struck the device that was pressurizing the Rok-Prop. The Rok-Prop fell and struck employee on the shoulder. Employee has not been released to regular duty.
