Narrative

Employee claims to felt a ""pop"" in right shoulder while tightening a hose while working under heavy equipment. Cause of this injury was stretching too far to pull on wrench. Compliance with rules/regs., PPE, or mining equipment/systems not a factor. Miner proficiency may be a factor.
