## Narrative

Employee was attempting to empty magnet at the T43 building. EE unlatched one of two latches for a chute door when the door came down striking EE on top of head and arm resulting in fractured vertebrae. There were no compliance issues. It didn't involve job skills proficiency training or attitude, No PPE or protective devices on equipment involved.
