Narrative

Employee was conducting cell maintenance when a small fire started on the liner. Employee attempted to pat out fire with gloved hand, the glove caught fire, and employee sustained 2nd degree burns on right hand. Employee was treated and released with restrictions. CURRENTLY ONGOING
