Contract employee was using control button for installing a part in a dozer, while raising the part EE pinched EE's fingers between the two components. Cause of this injury was not paying attention to task at hand. Compliance with rules/regulations, mining equipment not a factor, Wearing of company required gloves (metatarsal) may have been a factor and miner proficiency.
