## Narrative

A Miner was lifting a 12"" dia X 20 ft long piece of steel pipe from a dumpster on the 13th level of the mine. The pipe hung on the edge of the dumpster and broke loose, striking the injured employee on the left shoulder. Injured employee was standing too close to the lift zone.
