## Narrative

IE and another EE were installing a left rear inner wheel on the T732 Haul Truck. As they were lifting the lock ring to hang into position, lock ring did not properly hang in the lock ring groove and sprung back off and smashed IE's right hand pinky finger between the lock ring and flange as IE tried to release it.
