Narrative

The employee was struck in the eyes with slurry water when a mechanic removed a cooling water hose from the #4 slurry pump. The pulse of slurry water hit the employee in the face and went up under EE's glasses and into EE's eyes. EE suffered corneal abrasions to both eyes.
