## Narrative

In 2E, with shear cutting to head, injured programmed bank of shields to pull (ending with 121). EE thought the shear bretby was falling into the panline, so EE leaned forward to grab it and got right leg pinched between pulling 121 shield and panline. No problems with training, ppe, mining methods or compliance issues.
