Narrative

Employee was pinning in #1 entry, the canopy of the bolter hit the rib. After placing the first pin EE was drilling EE's second hole and the drill steel stopped up, the EE went to the middle of the bolter to retrieve a new drill steel, when a rock from the rib fell down, an hit the wire mesh that was leaned up next to the rib and hit EE in the back of the right leg.
