Narrative

On 2/13/16 filterman was walking up stairs when EE tripped, and injured EE's right shoulder. The employee never reported the injury, and filed for disability and Worker's Comp. The WC claim was denied on 4/7/16. Employee requested a hearing, and after investigation it was determined to be a WC's claim. The carrier rescinded the denial on 8/12/16 and informed ASARCO on 8/16/16.
