Equipment Operator was mounting the first step (21"" from flat surface ground) on the CAT 769D Water Truck at the fresh water lake fill. As EE began to mount the step EE felt right knee pop. EE was diagnosed the following day with a knee strain and recommendation of sitting activities at work.
