## Narrative

An employee was operating the #6 BMR when a rock approximately 2 inches in diameter released from the mining face and deflected off the cutting arm striking the employee in the mouth. The impact caused a chip to the employee's tooth and a scratch to their lip. The employee was treated and released to full duty.
