Narrative

A roof fall occurred in the 00 West aircourse. The fall is approximately 80' long in #2 Entry X 50' wide in 6xc X 15-16' in height. The area was originally supported with 8' resin assisted roof bolts. Weathering of the roof was determined to be the cause of the accident.
