Employee operating a man-lift across stone yard when ran over an 8"" to 10"" rock that catapulted employee in the man-lift. Employee had a retractable harness on keeping employee contained in the basket but not preventing all injuries. Employee received 4 stitches to lip along with a few scrapes and bruises.
