A rock dislodged from the top and pushed the roof screen down onto the trolley wire. The trolley/screen arced and the employee received a small burn. The following were not a factor: Rules, Regs, Mining Equipment or Systems, Skills, Proficiency, Training and Protective Devices on Equipment/Clothing. Attitude may have been a factor.
