Narrative

Iron worker was cutting apart an old discharge chute with a cutting torch. When the chute section was cut apart it shifted causing the employee to lose EE's balance and strike EE's left wrist against a sharp piece of metal. EE received a laceration to the top of EE's left wrist and ulna tendon which required surgery to repair.
