Employee was working in an electrical panel with live 480 volt feed coming into unit. Employee was working alone, with minimal PPE. Employee did not try out or test circuit for current before beginning work. Employee was exposed to arc flash in close proximity to panel, experience burns on face, ear, left arm and hand.
