## Narrative

EE was escorting the foreman out of mine after the foreman had an injury. The foreman traveled outside. Due to an unknown medical emergency, EE collapsed. A fellow employee saw the victim collapse and began CPR. Victim was pronounced dead upon arrival at ER. Upon investigation, no direct cause of death or incident could be determined. Autopsy results are pending.
