## Narrative

Employee was in the process of building a stopping. EE mounted a ladder while another employee held the ladder in place. EE was standing on the ladder when they suddenly fell backward onto the mine floor. The employee did not slip, nor did the ladder tip over. This resulted in a concussion, multiple strains, and lost work days.
