## Narrative

Unplanned roof fall discovered reportable at 29 blk intersection of 4 belt. Fall approx. 20' wide, 9' high and 50' long. Occurred due to gradual deterioration of northern crosscut, and moisture infiltration of the strata, which rode out into the belt entry. No problems with mining machines, PPE, training or compliance issues.
