Narrative

While EE was bending over to pick up water hose they strained their lower back. EE worked 8/31/16 and became a RLT after seeking medical attention on 9/1/16. Lack of proper lifting technique was the cause of this incident. PPE was not a factor, mining equipment/mining systems was not a factor, compliance with rules/regs was not a factor, miner proficiency was a factor.
