## Narrative

The employee claims that while removing a belt roller, the roller struck the top left hand and later while removing a cable out of a hanger, the cable fell and struck the same area of hand.  The accident occurred because the employee failed to maintain control of the belt roller and later the cable. The ee was properly trained.
