Narrative

INDIVIDUAL WAS SPLITTING MATERIAL ON HYDRAULIC SPLITTER AND HAD POOR HAND PLACEMENT. THE STONE ROLLED AND EE'S LEFT THUMB WAS CAUGHT BETWEEN THE STONE AND THE CHISELS ON THE SPLITTER.
