Narrative

Employee was tightening a band around a 36"" pipe on the recycle lake line at the west side of Phos Acid. Employee's hand slipped and contacted the edge of the band. The contact resulted in a cut on right hand that required four sutures to close. Employee was wearing gloves at the time of the incident.
