## Narrative

Supervisor was lifting ""starter"" from emergency power generator for pumps located at the Sorau Pond building. Complained of back pains after lifting starter. Employee reported injury but requested to delay treatment to determine if back would improve. Employee did not improve and was taken to occupational doctor.
