A mechanic went to 3pm break. Approx. 10-15 minutes into the break, noticed some irritation in right eye. Attempted to flush it out with an eye wash bottle but was unsuccessful. Had not been performing any activity that would have made EE suspect of any debris on their face. EE reported to the on site medic who found and removed a small particle from EE's cornea.
