## Narrative

Picking up a trailing cable in the track entry of 368-369 block (9 South), while bending over EE ran EE's right eye (was wearing glasses) into a piece of tie wire holding up a dust hose on the rib causing a minor laceration to cornea, and treated with medicated eye drops. No problems with mining methods, training, PPE, or compliance issues. Missed no work.
