Narrative

Employee was in the process of taking rail apart on the 3E section.Employee was removing last fish plate when they struck it with a rail hammer the rail sprung and EE was hit in the face with either rail,fishplate or hammer.It was found that the scoop that they were using was putting pressure on the rail. No other part 50 criteria applies.
