A roof fall occurred in the 0 West Aircourse located in the #6 crosscut between #2 and #3 Entries. The fall is approximately 60 feet in length x 16 feet in width and is 9 feet above the existing mine roof (1 foot above the anchorage point). The cause of the fall was determined to be weathering of the mine roof.
