A roof fall occurred in the 00 West Aircourse. The fall is located in #2 Entry between #5 and #6 Crosscut. The fall is approximately 80 feet in length x 16 feet in width (rib to rib) and is approximately 9 feet above the existing mine roof (1 foot above the anchorage point). The cause of the fall was determined to be weathering of the roof.
