A roof fall occurred in the 00 West Crossover Aircourse. The fall is located in #2 Entry between #3 and #4 Crosscut. The fall is approximately 20 feet in length x 8 feet in width and is approximately 4 feet above the existing mine roof. The cause of the fall was determined to be weathering of the roof.
