## Narrative

Employee was cutting a cable bolt out over the longwall headgate to gain clearance for the stageloader to advance.  When EE completed cutting the bolt off, a rock about 18"" x 18"" x 3-4"" thick dropped out of the roof.  The rock slid down previously installed roof screen and struck EE on the right foot.
