Employee stated first experienced pain in shoulder three weeks prior while installing bolts in low top but opted to work thru it. On reported date of injury the pain escalated. Employee sought treatment and was scheduled for an MRI on 9/22. Continued working until follow up on 9/26 at which time employee was put off work pending an appointment with an ortho DR.
