Narrative

Employee had just finished setting a diesel pump at pond 2. Employee went to chalk the tires on the trailer with a crib block when employee smashed the left index finger between the crib and trailer fender. This resulted in employee receiving 6 stitches and a fracture on the tip of the left finger.
