## Narrative

Driller Helper was using folding blade lockable knife to cut a slit opening into a tent. Pressure on the knife lock release from the material being cut allowed the knife to close and caused a cut on the Right index finger. Employee was taken to Medic and received ""a few sutures"" and was immediately released back to work without limitations.
