REPORTABLE ONLY DUE TO SUTURES - Prep Plant employee had removed the 4"" air hose from the surge bin of the air cannon to clean rock out and unstop the hose, as they were cleaning it out the hose came up and the bolt on the end of hose cut employees arm requiring sutures.
