Narrative

Employee was repairing the corner post insulators on a shuttle car. While holding the post up out of its holder in attempt to reach under the solid steel 2"" post 3' long to slip the insulators on the post slipped and caught finger tip underneath it...causing a tip fracture and skin avulsion.. no lost time.
