## Narrative

IE was shoveling spillage along the beltline for about 45 minutes when ee threw a shovel of coal/rock up and on to the belt, left arm locked up. When ee was pushing left arm down ee felt a pop and pain which made drop to knees.  IE said the shovel did not come in contact with anything when ee threw the material on the belt.
