## Narrative

IE was driving a coal hauler through an airlock door when coal hauler hit the equipment door causing damage & loosening it. IE stated that while trying to push the inby door back into place IE felt a sharp pain in the back of the right calf. Employee continued to work until the results of a MRI revealed a torn Achilles tendon. The employee was taken off work on 9/29/16.
